Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by Mind Body With Leah (collectively the “Site”), is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect.

The Site and all content, videos, training materials, products, services, and other materials available on the Site (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use by Mind Body With Leah (the “Company”). The Content is protected by copyright and other proprietary rights. You are granted a limited license to access, view, and use the Site solely for personal purposes. Unauthorized use of Content is prohibited. - Specific Program Terms
Working with Mind Body With Leah involves education on pain management, mindset strengthening, health improvement, and quality of life enhancement. Your success and healing are your responsibility. Leah offers exercise prescriptions, self-massage techniques, strength training, movement evaluations, and mindfulness techniques aimed at decreasing pain, improving movement, and enhancing overall health.
- Medical Disclaimer
This treatment is not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. It is recommended that you concurrently work with your primary care provider for any conditions you may have.
- Liability Waiver
You agree to take full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur during your participation in the program. You waive any liability against Leah Drew, Mind Body With Leah, and associated personnel. You agree to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in any fitness, health, or movement program and confirm that you are healthy and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation.
- Social Media & Promotion
You give permission for Leah Drew and Mind Body With Leah to use your case, photos, or videos on social media without using your name.
- Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid by the due date specified. Payments are non-refundable. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of services. Payment will be made via kajabi, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.
- Modifications
Any changes to this contract must be agreed upon in writing.
- Confidentiality
All interactions with Leah are confidential. Leah will keep the specifics of your conversations private.
- Commitment
Your commitment and intrinsic motivation are crucial for achieving desired outcomes. You agree to fully engage in the process and communicate any concerns about the coaching relationship. You agree to attend all scheduled sessions, not multitask during coaching calls, and adhere to monthly payment terms and conditions of the agreed upon offer.
- Viewing & Sharing
You may not distribute any video content or share access without permission. All rights not granted are expressly reserved by Leah Drew & Mind Body With Leah.
- Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds will be offered. You must complete all agreed-upon payments.
- Offer Details
You agree to the terms of the offer when submitting your card information and opting into the purchase.
- Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Broomfield County, Colorado.
